He has been successful in roles including polishing and plating operations management, plant management, automation, buff and compound product design and management. He has designed innovative metal finishing products and is well-versed in six-sigma and lean manufacturing principles. Tim has a track record serving Customers in the field with polishing and automation solutions. Altogether, he brings 32 years of experience from these roles to develop cost-saving solutions for Customers.
