Tom Carrillo has been in the Metal Finishing Industry practically his whole life, starting in High School polishing brass musical instruments. After his military service, Tom went to college for business and tool design. Using that in his continuing metal finishing endeavors, he went back to hands-on polishing and became manager of an 80-person polishing and plating shop with laboratory. That background was the basis for his successful career in consultative selling by being deep in abrasive, buff and compound application engineering. His combined 53 years in metal finishing and customer service makes him one of the most knowledgeable and recognizable figures in North America
