Return Policy

  1. Request for return must be made within 10 calendar days of receipt
  2. All returns are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee
  3. Customer to pay for return shipping
  4. Items to be returned must be in the same condition as received. Photographs fully
    describing their condition must be submitted for approval. Return Material Authorization
    (RMA) will be withheld pending this approval.
  5. No broken packaging will be accepted
  6. Any claims for defective products, damage, missing packages or missing items must be
    made within 10 calendar days of receipt. Photographs fully describing any defects or
    damage must be submitted for approval. Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be
    withheld pending this approval.
